Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for BlackEdge subscriptions. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Because our authorized Merchant of Record processes payments and acts as the seller of record, refunds are issued through them; their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
1. 7-day refund on first purchase
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If BlackEdge isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time through your account, the Payment Provider's customer portal, or by emailing info@blackedge.pro. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
3. Renewals and partial periods
Subscription renewal charges (after the first payment) are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
4. How to request a refund
- Email info@blackedge.pro from the address associated with your account, or use the receipt link from the Payment Provider.
- Include your order reference and the reason for the request.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by the Payment Provider to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, breach of our Terms (including unauthorized use of websites you do not control), or where a chargeback has already been initiated for the same transaction. Custom or negotiated enterprise arrangements may have separate refund terms set out in your order.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law in your country of residence. Note that, for digital services supplied immediately with your consent, some statutory cancellation ("cooling-off") rights may not apply once access has begun. Our voluntary 7-day guarantee in Section 1 is offered regardless.
