This Privacy Policy explains how BlackEdge Software Ltd ("BlackEdge", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and the BlackEdge platform (the "Service"). We rely on: contract (to deliver the Service you purchase); legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and market our Service proportionately); consent (for certain cookies and marketing); and legal obligation (for tax, accounting, and compliance).

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record (our authorized payment provider). When you purchase a subscription, the Payment Provider collects and processes your billing and payment information as a separate data controller for that transaction, under its own privacy policy. We receive limited transaction data (such as confirmation of payment, billing country, and the last four digits of your card) needed to provide and account for the Service.

We share personal data only with: our Payment Provider; infrastructure, hosting, and CDN providers; analytics and email/support tools; and professional advisers, each acting as processors or independent controllers as appropriate. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
